No. SoleNVE does not perform a credit check. Your employment and past purchase history is used for verification of your eligibility. We may also require a form of back-up payment for your order.
For our customers using credit cards, Paypal or FuturePay, your order once confirmed will ship within 24-48 hours after. You will receive an email confirmation of your order and an email once we have packed and shipped your order that provides your tracking number. You should receive your order 2-7 days from the ship date.
For our customers using Payroll Allotment, There will be an approval process first, once approved you will receive an order confirmation email and a Shipped Order email that will provide your Tracking Number. Yes, we can! For an added shipping fee we can ship using USPS Priority Express which delivers in 1-2 days from ship date. If you are a Federal Employee using Payroll Allotment, please note we cannot ship until you have been approved- please contact us so we may expedite the approval process for you.
Providing us your email means we can send you important information about your order including an Order Confirmation and a notification of Order Shipped that includes your Tracking Number. It also provides us a way to contact you should we have questions or a problem with your order.
For our Payroll Allotment customers, we also need your email address to communicate your Order Approval.
