Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order!

Returns:

We accept merchandise returns purchased from us for up to thirty (30) days after the receipt date of your purchase. Returns must be sent back in their original packaging, with tags attached if applicable. 

When returning footwear, unworn shoes must be placed inside of the manufacturer’s shoebox, then placed inside of a separate shipping box or envelope. Do not write on the manufacturer’s shoebox, tape it or use it as a shipping box. Footwear returns will not be accepted or refunded unless both the shoes and the shoebox are undamaged. 

To send an item back to us for refund, please enclose the soleNVE.com invoice/packing slip which arrived with your package with RETURN written on it. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as soleNVE.com cannot be responsible for lost returns. You are also responsible for the return shipping fee. Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

Please contact us at customerservice@solenve.com before shipping back your return so we may reserve the correct size or color of the shoe you are returning. If calling after hours, please leave a message clearly stating your name, call back phone number with area code and your Order # (This is found on your SoleNVE invoice/packing slip in your order’s shipping box) so we may best assist you.

Once we receive your item for exchange we will promptly send the replacement item to you within 24-48 hours using USPS Priority Mail. 

HOLIDAY SEASON Returns & Exchanges:

We love to give gifts too- but sometimes they just don’t work out! Our gift to you, as we know many are shopping for friends and family, is an extended Holiday Return/Exchange Policy! 

For orders purchased between:

November 15th through December 8th, we extended the Return/Exchange policy up until January 15th.

December 9th through December 20th, we extended the Return/Exchange policy up to January 30th.
